The electrode coming out of die head falls on the transverse conveyor and this conveyor takes the electrodes to loading conveyor. The electrodes are aligned and passes through brushing and tipend cleaning section for cleaning of holder and tip ends.

One set of aligning unit and a name printing unit are provided in the uploading conveyor. The electrode name is printed when it passes through the conveyor. The electrodes are collected in the trays.

The drawn coil is loaded on the coil stand. The wire feed through rollers and spinner (rotates at high speed) get straightened and passed to cutting area. The straightened wire cut by a cam operator mechanism. The spring operated scaling bar used to maintain the length of the wire during cutting. The length of the cut wire can be adjusted easily onthe scaling bar. Cut wires are collected by a tray kept underneath. These wires are collected from the wire tray stacked on a cut wire stand. Baking Oven (Electrocal & Gas Fired)

The electrodes collected in the collecting tray are stacked and kept on stand. The stand is sent inside in the baking oven. The temperature and time is set and once the operation is completed an indication in the form of alaram is provided. The electrodes are taken outside for packing.

The extruded (Air dried) green electrodes are baked in certain temperature (according to type of electrodes) to make it moisture free.
